DATES:
The following dates are confirmed for guest rooms: Friday, May 4, 2012 - Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

GUEST ROOM RATES:
The following preferred group room rates are guaranteed for the dates outlined above.

    Standard Room - $95.00 Single or Double occupancy, $125 triple occupancy, $160 quadruple occupancy

    Children under 18 stay free.

    Concierge Floor $95.00 Single, Double, Suites $95.00. All concierge rooms will be assigned only at the Show Chair's direction.

    The Concierge floor guestrooms along with any suites will be limited to those individuals traveling without dogs.

    Note: Current room tax is 8.5174%, and is subject to change

RESERVATIONS:

Request the DCA rate when making reservations.

Reservations must be received by April 4, 2012, to ensure room availability at the special DCA rate.

Reservations cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the arrival date or a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax will be charged.

A $50 pet deposit is required. $25 is refundable upon check out assuming no damage.

DESIGNATED WALKING AREA/WASTE COLLECTION:

The Dalmatian Club of America and its attendees agree to use designated walk areas for all dogs. Pick-up and removal of waste will be the responsibility of the owner. The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel will not provide any waste removal assistance. The Dalmatian Club of America will need to rent separate trash dumpsters for the collection of waste. The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel will not supply any waste removal materials.

PET DEPOSIT:
A pet deposit of $50.00 will be charged for each room in which a dog is present. $25.00 of this deposit is refundable following check-out, provided that there is no damage to the guestroom and its furnishings. The additional $25.00 is non-refundable, and will be used for general cleaning of the guestroom following check-out.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOGS/PERSONS PER GUESTROOM:
A maximum number of four dogs are permitted in each guestroom. Plastic will be required under all dog crates. Sheets will be provided to cover existing bed spreads. A replacement charge will be assessed for any bedspreads damaged or destroyed.

A maximum number of four adult persons will be permitted per guest room. Due to the limitations of space the hotel will require that the Club will request double occupancy only by attendees but will permit triple and quadruple occupancy.

The Dalmatian club of America will provide attendants representing the Club and a check-in table next to the reservation desk. Guests will first go through procedures at the DCA table before check-in at the registration desk. These representatives will distribute necessary materials, plastic for cages, and attend to the signing of the Hotel Rules required by each guest at check-in time to the Hotel.

The Dalmatian Club of America will provide plastic for placement under cages. This plastic will be handed out Dalmatian club Of America upon guest check in.

Under no circumstances will puppies under the age of 6 months be permitted in a guest room. The hotel staff will report an infraction of this rule immediately to the hotel management, which will then contact the DCA Show Chairman for immediate action.

DOG WASHING:
NO DOG WASHING WILL BE PERMITTED IN HOTEL ROOMS FOR ANY REASON. The hotel staff will report an infraction of this rule immediately to the hotel management, which will then contact the DCA Show Chairman for immediate action.

A dog washing area will be provided by the Renaissance Hotel at its discretion.

Owners will provide their own supplies, including towels.

STAGING/GROOMING AREA:
The Dalmatian Club of America will be required to provide and lay down plastic to protect the carpet in any rooms used as staging and grooming areas. There will be day crating only. Please plan accordingly.

CAGES (Crates/Kennels):
The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel requires that all dogs, left unattended in guestrooms, be locked in "cages." Housekeepers will not service rooms in which dogs are loose and unattended. Either the individual dog owners or the Dalmatian Club of America will be required to provide plastic under each cage/crate.

DOOR HANGERS:
It is the understanding of The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel that the Dalmatian Club of America will provide door hangers to all guests with dogs in their rooms. The door hanger will indicate if there is a dog in the room. It will be the responsibility of the Dalmatian Club of America to make sure all guests comply to aid the housekeeping staff of the hotel. The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel must approve the door hangers before the hangers are printed for the convention.

GUEST ROOM INSPECTIONS:
Upon arrival at The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel, the guests with dogs in their rooms will sign a copy of the DCA Hotel Rules, which will be submitted to the hotel staff and placed on file. The hotel will not register a DCA guest staying in a room with dogs unless the signed copy of the Rules is presented by each person.

Upon arrival at The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel, the guests with dogs in their rooms must examine their sleeping rooms and report any concerns to the front desk staff of the hotel. The front desk staff will record all guestroom issues.

The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel Housekeeping staff will enter and check all rooms everyday. All problems will be reported to the Dalmatian Club of America immediately. A member from the hotel staff and the Dalmatian Club of America will inspect the guestrooms with reported issues.

If any item in a guestroom is damaged, the individual guest will be charged accordingly.

The Dalmatian Club of America will assist in rectifying any problems.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
Guest room check-in time is after 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Every effort will be made to accommodate those guests arriving earlier than 4:00 p.m. Baggage storage is available for guests who arrive and depart at times other than those listed.

AUTOMOBILE PARKING:
Ample parking spaces are available at no charge.

Rates:There is ample RV parking at the Renaissance Tulsa. Reservations may be made online by using the order form on this website. The cost per night is $25. All RV parking is dry camping. There are no hook-ups or facilities for dumping at this site. Arrive with full fuel and water tanks and empty holding tanks for maximum convenience. A sanitation truck will visit on Sunday or Monday. The cost of this service will be $35 per unit. Rigs can be serviced with water ONE time during the week for a charge of $20 per rig. The costs of sanitation and watering services is payable to DCA with your reservation. Campers who order sanitation or water services on site will incur an additional charge. All campers are expected to keep their campsites clean and orderly and leave them in as good of shape as they found them. Absolutely no dumping of gray or black water tanks under penalty of state and local laws and an AKC bench show action.

NOTE: A Flying J Service Plaza is located at Exit 236 on I-44 – a good place to fill up on the way in and dump tanks on the way out.

Directions heading north or south on 169, take the 71st Street Exit and go east to the light just past the Target store and turn left. Go to the dead end and turn left. The hotel is on your left.

From Airport:
1. Start out going West on Airport Drive towards N 76th East Ave.
2.Turn Left onto N 76th East Ave.
3. Turn Right.
4. Turn Slight Left onto Airport Drive
5.Turn Right onto East Virgin Street
6.Turn Slight Left onto ramp
7.Merge onto OK-11 East
8.Take the exit
9. Merge onto US-244 East (left)
10.Take the US-169 South exit-exit number 13B
11.Merge onto US-169 South
12.Take the East 61st Street South exit
13.Keep Left at the fork in the ramp.
14.Turn Left onto East 61st Street South
15. Turn Right on S 107th East Avenue
16. Hotel will be about 6/10th of a mile on the right.


    Transportation
    By Air - Tulsa International Airport - Code TUL
    Most US domestic carriers serve this airport and it is only about 10 miles from the hotel. Service for animals has been outstanding. Because of varying and frequently changing airline policies on flying dogs, check national and regional carriers in your area.

    Airport Transportation Services
    The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center will provide an airport shuttle service to the hotel. The cost is $20 per person and $12 per dog; payment methods are cash or charged to your guestroom. To make your shuttle reservations please call the hotel directly at 918.307.2600; please be sure to have your flight information available at this time. Reservations can be made starting after March 1, 2012 through April 8, 2012.

    Car Rental Companies
    Most major car rental companies are available at the airport. Contact the local office of your choice directly to be assured of the vehicle you require.
