Breeder Directory
Anyone submitting an ad by the March 15 deadline will receive a free entry in the breeder
directory. This will include name, kennel name, address, telephone number, and email address. There
will be a $5.00 charge for all other entries in the breeder directory. Please submit your
information with your ad to the advertising chairman no later than MARCH 15, 2011.
Guidelines For Layout By Us:
- Send 8.10 photo(s) - do not bend, fold, tape or staple! Label the back with your name and address.
Indicate whether or not you want the photo cropped to just the dog. Photos will be returned.
- Sketch out ad on paper with desired copy and indicate desired photo placement.
- Keep it simple.
To Submit Ready To Print Ads:
- Pages are 7 1/2" x 4 1/2" in a spiral bound catalog. (Half page is 3 3/4" x 4 1/2")
Allow at least 1/4" margin around all edges. No bleeds.
- Be sure to use high resolution art only (minimum 300 dpi) for printing.
- Acceptable formats include Encapsulated PostScripts (EPS), PDF (with embedded fonts), JPG, TIFF
or PUB for publisher files. Grayscale for black and white ads. (Foy Trent can convert color to grayscale
if you are unable to.)
