DCA 2010 Health Clinics

Once again this year we will be offering health clinics at DCA. Please support the clinics again this year, on Sunday, April 4th. Most of the forms are available for downloading and printing out so you can have them filled out in advance to help save time. Thank you!

Each dog needs an individual registration form. - Health Clinics Registration Form

The clinics include:

CERF testing (with ISD check)
Dalmatian Eye Disorder Information
CERF Web Site
Microchip - AKC CAR Program
AKC DNA - DNA Information
OFA DNA Repository Blood Draw - CHIC DNA Bank
Thyroid Testing - OFA Thyroid Information
VetGen color testing will not be offered this year but information and test kits available at: Vetgen Color Testing Information

Please show your support of the clinics again this year by bringing your dals, volunteering an hour or 4 or by doing both!
