RULES:
- Each regional club is encouraged to submit 1 basket for the contest (only 1 basket per club).
- The basket is limited in size to a maximum of 2' x 2' x 2' and made of some type of wicker/straw material.
- The contents of the basket should contain Dalmatian related items as well as products indigenous to the geographical area of the club.
- The baskets will go on silent auction display adjacent to the conformation ring(s) no earlier than the morning of the beginning of non-regular Dalmatian conformation judging but no later than noon on the third day of Dalmatian conformation judging.
- At the end of the week, a non-partisan committee of 3 people selected by the DCA president will select their favorite basket which will be announced at the Awards Banquet.
- At the Awards Banquet, the highest silent auction bidders will win the baskets except for the basket voted by the committee as the favorite. That basket will go on open auction with the opening bid being the highest silent auction amount for that basket and the opening bidder being the individual who made that bid.
- The club sponsoring the most favorite basket will be awarded 5 points toward the Governor's Trophy AND the proceeds from the winning basket will be given to the sponsoring regional club!
